Villa Erika is structured on one floor with a portico on three sides. Entering the entrance we have a convertible living room with two sofa beds. In front of the entrance there's dining area with kitchenette with sink two holes, fridge and electric stove for breakfast. The floor of the kitchen and the bedroom is in traditional stone, while in the bathroom there are ceramic floors.

From the kitchen we reach the sleeping area, where we find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. The room is equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both rooms communicate to the outside with a panoramic covered terrazza with an external gas kitchenette and sink.
