Villa Erika is a detached villa structured on one with a large panoramic veranda covered on three sides. It can be accessed from the convertible living room with two sofa beds, a central dining area, a connecting kitchen with the double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The room with a double bed is equipped with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Both rooms communicate to the outside with the covered veranda equipped with washing tables and chairs. From the veranda, private access to the common outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, gas stove, and sink, is placed slightly higher up.
